Earlier this year, we invited our community to submit ideas for the official conference theme and tagline. After reviewing all submissions, we’ve narrowed it down to a few inspiring finalists, and now it’s your turn to vote!

The 2026 NAMAS Auditing & Education Conference is happening December 7–8, 2026 in Melbourne, Florida- The Space Coast.

There were over 50 creative and inspiring theme submissions from our community. These entries were narrowed down to a top 20, which were then shared with a select group of NAMAS partners, allies, and close collaborators, who helped us identify the final Top 5.

How Voting Works

After submissions close, the NAMAS team will review all entries and select a shortlist of top finalists based on creativity, clarity, and alignment with our brand and mission. Once the finalists are announced, voting will open to the public. Whether you’re a NAMAS member, past attendee, or part of our extended community, we want to hear from you.

Each entry should include:
  • A proposed theme title
  • A tagline
  • A short explanation of why your theme reflects the NAMAS experience

NAMAS 2026 Conference Theme Contest

Official Terms & Conditions
By submitting a theme idea to the NAMAS 2026 Conference Theme Contest, participants agree to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

  • The contest is open to the public.
  • Employees of NAMAS, DoctorsManagement, LLC, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the grand prize.

Submission Guidelines

  • All entries must be original work created by the participant.
  • Participants may submit multiple theme ideas; however, only one prize will be awarded per individual.
  • By submitting an entry, participants grant NAMAS the unrestricted right to use, adapt, modify, and display the submitted theme for conference branding, marketing, and promotional purposes.
  • Participants agree that their first name, last initial, city, and state may be used publicly during the contest, including finalist announcements and winner recognition.

Judging & Voting

  • All submissions will be reviewed by the NAMAS team.
  • Finalists will be selected based on creativity, clarity, relevance to auditing and education, and alignment with the NAMAS mission and brand.
  • Voting will be open to the public.
  • Votes submitted by NAMAS members and past conference attendees may be weighted more heavily than public votes.
  • While voting will play a significant role, final theme selection will be made by NAMAS leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.
  • All decisions made by NAMAS are final.

Prize Details

  • The winner will receive one complimentary registration to the 2026 NAMAS Auditing & Education Conference, scheduled for December 7–8, 2026, in Melbourne, Florida.
  • The prize includes conference registration only and does not cover travel, hotel accommodations, meals, or any other expenses.
  • The prize:
    • May not be transferred to another person
    • May not be used for any other NAMAS event
    • May not be carried over to a future year
    • Has no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash
  • NAMAS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer additional prizes or recognition; however, conference registration is the only guaranteed prize associated with this contest.

If the Winner Has Already Paid

  • If the selected winner has already paid a deposit or full registration for the 2026 NAMAS Conference, NAMAS will offer one of the following options:
    • A refund of the amount paid, up to the value of one conference
      registration; or
    • A credit toward NAMAS membership, another NAMAS-hosted event, or eligible NAMAS educational products.
  • No additional value, credit, or compensation beyond the cost of one standard conference registration will be provided.

Disqualification
NAMAS reserves the right to disqualify any submission that:

  • Is offensive, inappropriate, or unprofessional
  • Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
  • Does not align with the NAMAS mission, values, or professional standards

General Conditions

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • NAMAS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all NAMAS decisions are final.
